If your have a good personal credit score then that can positively impact your ability to raise funding for your non-profit. You, personally, can effectively be a guarantor for any loan, if necessary. If your personal credit history is poor then this can have a negative effect on being able to raise finance but itreally depends where you are looking for a loan. Mainstream banks will be far less flexible than some other types of lenders so shop around for an alternative loan if it's causing problems.
