What is the difference between debit cards and credit cards?

You made me wonder as I don't have any debit cards that I can think of.

Credit cards are for any business to take and debit cards are for one company

That's a great question. A debit card is linked to your bank account and processes by removing the funds directly from your bank account, usually a checking account. A credit card is a line of credit and you will receive a monthly bill to make payments on, or pay in full, and credit cards charge interest.
