My credit report shows I have a credit card but I don't. What should I do?

Your first option is to contact the creditor directly and inquire about the item and dispute it. Be sure to keep copies of all your correspondence with the creditor. The simpler option is upgrade your membership to Premium so you can communicate directly with the creditor and resolve the issue.
