I have no cash to spend on a refinance, can I still use the HARP program?

Hi Sherry,
HARP loans are like most other refinances in that they don't necessarily require borrowers to come to closing with money. The closing costs can typically added to the loan balance, and lenders, including myself, often provide lender credits to cover some/all the closing costs. Bottom line, don't let your lack of available cash keep you from at least investigating your options, Hope that helps, glad to provide more info if you'd like. Ted
