I have bankruptcy and old charge offs on my credit report for almost ten years. Shouldn’t these things fall off after ten years?

Bankruptcy can stay on your credit report for seven or ten years from the filing date, depending on what type of bankruptcy you filed. You need to contact the credit reporting agency TransUnion at 800-916-8800 or on its website to notify it that the information should be removed.
