I have a poor credit rating. Is there any way that I can refinance my house without cash out of pocket?

The root of purchasing or refinancing your home is having a good credit score that is free of blemishes and late payments. You also want to make sure that when you purchase a house, you’re able to afford it. Owning a home is a lot more than just getting a mortgage, or even making the mortgage payment.
