David believes in the liberating power of investing for the future, and its significance when striving for financial freedom. As a Financial Advisor, he pursues his two greatest passions: Personal financial planning, and helping others achieve their goals. David has 25 years of corporate experience, primarily in financial planning and analysis. While at Avon Products, he assumed responsibility for their Representative 401(k), and implemented enhancements to the plan’s investment options, tax treatment, fund fees and asset allocation support. He and his wife, Sherry, live in Arcadia, where they are raising their two sons, and attend San Gabriel Community Church. David serves as Treasurer of the Elizabeth House crisis pregnancy center where he restructured their endowment, and established a 403(b) plan for employees. He enjoys mentoring MBAs at his alma mater, and owning thoroughbred racehorses in partnership. David is an Adjunct Professor of Business at Azusa Pacific University where he teaches on Financial Markets. David applies the same diligence to his clients’ finances as he does for his own family. His financial advisory practice is guided by the following five principles: Client Focus, Diversification, Comprehensive Wealth Management, Diversification, Stewardship and Long Term Results. Clients benefit from the resources of D.A. Davidson, which is family and employee owned, while also an ideal size to meet your needs. David collaborates to create a personalized financial plan, which provides a disciplined approach to his clients’ finances. This reduces the impact of predictions or emotions, which are often destructive to wealth. Together, we seek to deliver Wealth Management - Designed for You & Those You Love.
