Since you are a member of Credit Manager by MoneyTips already you have two options. Your first option is to contact the creditor directly and inquire about the item to determine if it's fraudulent or an account you had simply forgotten about. Be sure to keep copies of all of your correspondence with the creditor. The more simple option is to upgrade your membership to premium and take advantage of the Action Buttons offered to directly correspond with your creditor to resolve the charge and get it removed from your credit by either disputing it or negotiating a way to pay off the debt.
