What recourse do I have if my Mortgage holder isn't licensed to do business in my state?

What recourse do I have if my Mortgage holder (RMAC) Roosevelt Mortgage Acquisition Company isn't licensed to do business in my state? The mortgage holder also has reorganized under a new (RMC) Roosevelt Management Company. My last listing of Mortgage Assignment dated 2012 is held by (RMAC)

That could be an issue. You may want to contact your attorney general's office for further clarification. | 10.19.14 @ 00:50
