My mother passed away in December and she had a reverse mortgage, what can I do to take ownership of the home?

My two siblings do not want the home. Unfortunately I do not have a great credit score. Would I be able to just refinance the mortgage?

Hi,

My condolences for the passing of your mom. Have you discussed purchase options with the note holder? This would be an advantage for both of you.

Feel free to discuss this with us directly in further detail.
