My dad is doing a VA loan, he would like to add me to the title for the home at closing. Is this something he's able to do?

Yes it can be done but I would advise against doing this as his home would be a asset to take if you were sued or liable for taxes, etc. He would be better to protect himself with a Trust. | 05.04.16 @ 18:46

You could be added to title AFTER closing because VA only allows the veteran, the veteran and another veteran or the veteran and spouse to be on the loan and on title at closing. | 05.10.16 @ 21:43
