I would like to buy a mobile home but my credit is 582. I have money to put down. Can I get qualified?

Can you help me find listing of loan officers in Magnolia, Texas?

You can qualify for an FHA loan for your mobile home as long as it is mounted to a permanent foundation and you are buying the land that it sits on. | 12.11.14 @ 19:24

Right Heath, otherwise one would have to go with a personal loan. | 04.01.15 @ 00:46

You could qualify for a FHA loan, but I would counsel anyone against buying a mobile home: it's usually a very bad investment that actually DEpreciates, instead of appreciating in value. If you don't own the land and it's not permanently affixed, its not even real estate. Find a real house. Good Luck! | 06.23.15 @ 16:02
