I own the land and have authority over the loan, which is not in my name. Can I get it refinanced at a lower rate into my name?

I would need more details to give a valid response. If you are saying you are on title but not on the loan then yes you could refinance as long as you qualify for the loan. | 04.03.14 @ 16:52

You are the sole person on title? Assuming you can get a title report showing you own the real estate alone you can refinance a property. | 07.30.15 @ 23:37
