I have no cash to spend on a refinance, can I still use the HARP program?

Hi Sherry,
HARP loans are like most other refinances in that they don't necessarily require borrowers to come to closing with money. The closing costs can typically added to the loan balance, and lenders, including myself, often provide lender credits to cover some/all the closing costs.
