How do I figure out how much equity I have?

Take your remaining loan balance off your most recent mortgage statement and divide it by the value of the property, That will give you the % of equity you have. If you want a $ amount, then take the estimated value of the property and subtract the remaining balance, and you will have your dollar amount. | 11.19.15 @ 17:27
