Are there any reverse mortgage possibilities for a house that has less value than the mortgage balance?

Probably not. While reverse mortgage rules guarantee against declining house values in the future, they do so by capping the loan amount at today's value, usually somewhere <60% depending on your age. | 10.13.15 @ 19:54
